Our goal is to help you create a hassle free. We've put together a party menu sure to please. Items are provided fresh (not frozen unless otherwise specified) in convenient aluminum pans or disposable packaging perfect to heat, eat and toss. Our catering options are designed to feed 12 people and include:
Catering: Carolina Pulled Pork BBQ Tray for 12 - $39
Summer cookouts, graduation parties, and weekends at the river don't get any easier! Gently seasoned pork BBQ served in a ready to heat aluminum pan for super easy clean-up. Comes with a 24 pack of mini buns. Note, this dish is fresh, not frozen. Add slaw, beans and penne to round out your event. Serves 12. (Oven)
Catering: Asian Pulled Pork BBQ Tray for 12 - $39
We add our wildly popular Asian BBQ sauce to a generous portion of BBQ in a ready to heat aluminum pan for super easy clean-up. Comes with a 24 pack of mini buns. Note, this dish is fresh, not frozen. Add slaw, beans and penne to round out your event. Serves 12. (Oven)

Diced onions, green peppers and our secret BBQ sauce create the only pan of beans your party guests will ever fight over. Served in our aluminum pan for easy clean-up. Catering: Cheese Tray - $45
Snack size cubes of cheddar, Swiss and pepperjack are served with a trio of crackers. A great way to start the party or complement your buffet line. Serves 20-25.
Catering: Vegetable Tray - $39
The fresh way to start or complement your cookouts and events. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and radishes are served with our homemade vegetable dip. Serves 15-20 depending upon other dishes provided. Note, this dish is provided fresh not frozen.
Catering: Summertime Apple Crisp - $20
The perfect ending to any great summertime event. Apples are gently seasoned with cinnamon, brown sugar, butter and oats. Freezer to oven easy and it cooks in it's own pan. 12 Servings.
Side Dish: David's Mountain Berry Tart - $22
A beautiful display of raspberries and blueberries top a custard covered crust. Pre-sliced with 12 servings. Thaw them all or one at a time. The perfect thaw and serve dessert for every occasion.
Side Dish: Spinach & Artichoke Dip - $22 A restaurant favorite that's perfect for game day, brunch or a weeknight treat. Spinach and artichokes combine with cream cheese, parmesan and a hint of garlic for a warm and gooey appetizer delight! Just heat and serve with tortilla chips, pita, or toasted bread for dipping.
