If you bring in at least twelve individually paying customers for that session you will receive a $10 credit for every 12 meals (or 72 servings) ordered. You could literally take home a freezer full of food for free.*

*Earned credits can not be used towards the payment of sales tax, which is required on the original total purchase amount.

Your Guests Will Love It Too!

Host aren't the only ones who will love Dinner Zen parties. Guilt free multi tasking during ladies' night or a great evening out with your son (children must be over 12) are just the start of what our in store sessions have to offer.

We'll provide a great atmosphere, light snacks and samples from our menu. Guests of evening private parties are allowed to bring a bottle of wine to serve. Depending upon your overall party order, we may even surprise your guests with a tasty giveaway or draw a name or two to receive a special gift.

For those really special occasions, when light snacks aren't quite enough, let us know and we will be happy to put together a selection of hor d'oeuvres for an additional fee.

Hosting Guidelines & Instructions

Hosting your party is easy!

• Call (703.391.9361) or email us (parties@dinnerzen.com) to reserve a time for your private party. We will select a name for your party to show up on the calendar and establish the party password. Your party guests will need the password to sign up online for the party session.
  
  
• As the Party Host you will log in to the Party Manager and create an email list of your party guests. You then send them an invitation email that will notify guests of the date, time and password for your party! When planning your party, you should assume that not everyone will attend and unless it is a special occasion "over invite" to ensure you meet the minimum. Our store layout is designed to accommodate up to 24 people (more if necessary).
  
  
• Once guests have received your customized invitation email, they can then go to the Calendar armed with their password and choose from our current month's selection of delicious entrees. You will choose your own meals by selecting your party and registering via the Calendar as well. Note: if you register and pay in advance for your meals, your meals will count towards your overall earned hostess credit.
  
  
• You can check the Party Manager at any time to see who has RSVP'd to your party.  If you see that someone hasn't signed up yet, you can resend the invitation to as many people as you'd like.
  
  
• If your party does not have at least 12 people signed up prior to your party date we will open your party to the public to fill the remaining spots. For parties booked more than 6 weeks in advance, you will have three weeks to issue your invitations and have your guests sign up and pay for their meals. For parties booked less than 6 weeks in advance, your session will be opened to the public 10 days prior to the session. Individuals not signed up through your Party Manager listing do not get counted towards your earned credit. And, alcohol will unfortunately not be allowed.
  
  
• Your party earnings will be provided in the form of a discount off of your package purchase for a future assembly session. Credits are not redeemable for Zen to Go or single entree carryout.
  
  
• You may not combine party earnings with our Referral Program or other programs or incentives. You may not utilize coupons or other discounts to reduce the cost of your meal package before your credit is utilized. Earnings are not transferable.
